Scripture Study

Jesus came that we may have life, and have it more abundantly. To continue to apply God's truths in our lives, we need to increase our true knowledge of God. According to Acts 17:11. the Bereans "received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily, to see whether these things were so." 

All parishioners are invited to participate in a 11-12 week program to study the scriptures, to discuss their relevance in our daily lives and to better equip us to do good works. It takes place twice a year, with each weekly session lasting approximately 1 1/2 hours every Monday beginning at 7:30 PM. Our moderator is Father Bernard Lazor,OSA, an Augustinian who teaches the Bible at Villanova University. The next program will be on The Kings, starting September 17, 2007.
