Religious Education Registration

If your child attended PREP in the 2011-2012 year, please do not use this procedure.

You will receive a re-registration form prior to the end of the PREP school year, with pre-printed information to facilitate the process. If you need a copy of your re-registration form, please contact the Religious Education Office, 610-688-7890 or religioused@stkatharineofsiena.org.

If you are registering for the first time, click here for a printable registration form.  Please note all new registration forms must be accompanied by a copy of your child's baptismal certificate.
